MARKETING AUTHORIZARION OF GENERIC DRUG PRODUCT, GLOBAL ISSUES AND CHALLENGES

Shampoo is one of the cosmetic type product using for remove dirt and skin debris from the hair. Currently shampoo is not only used to cleanse dirt on the hair & scalp but also used to hair growth & prevent hair loss. The objective of this study is to formulate & evaluate herbal shampoo for cosmetic purpose from herbal ingredients. Fenugreek powder, hibiscus powder, tulsi powder, henna powder, shikakai, coconut milk, lemon is prepared by homemade method. The formulated at laboratory scale was done & evaluated for number of parameter such as pH,foam formation, viscosity conditioning & wet ability were evaluated & also to ensure if safety & efficacy. The created cleanser was clear & good appealing. If demonstrated good froth stability detergency, good cleansing, small bubble sine, low surface strain, execution of good conditions
