Migraine is an second most common neurological disorder which is characterized by episode of headache. Many drugs are used for to get relief from particular symptoms. The triptans or 5-HT1 receptor agonist drugs are an primary drugs that to use as an anti-migraine. They binds selectively to 5-HT1B and 5-HT1D receptors and produce their actions. The molecular docking are performed for the some of major triptan drugs and compared with their docking property and disclosed. This comparison of docking properties of between triptan drugs (sumatriptan, eletriptan, rizatriptan, naratriptan and frovatriptan). Here from the article, it may explains the optimization of protein molecule by molecular docking works on anti-migrane drugs
